Jesus said, "After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen." --Matthew 6:9-13 KJV
Personally, I add 'In Jesus' Name. Amen' to the end of all of my prayers, including the Lord's Prayer. "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." -John 14:13-14 KJV Chapter 6 in Matthew gives additional information on prayer such as praying in private rather than praying in public, using vain repetitions in an effort to impress others.
